Booking

An official record containing the terms of the transaction shall be drawn up, which is valid until the contract under the law of obligations is concluded. To confirm their purchase request, the buyer will make an advance payment of EUR 5,000. Before entering into this contract, the buyer can choose inner decoration.

Conclusion of the contract under the law of obligations

The contract under the law of obligations is concluded within 30 days and all details of the transaction will be agreed on. The precondition for the conclusion of this contract is the 10% -20% of the purchase price as an advance payment (the received booking fee is included). The contract fee shall be paid by the buyer.

Conclusion of the real right contract

After the apartment is completed, the real right contract will be concluded with the buyer. By that time, the remaining amount of the purchase price, shall have to be paid, and the buyer shall own the apartment ownership. The buyer shall bear the costs of the transaction (notarial fee and state fee).
